Injection molds and die casting molds

From the beginning, the manufacturing of injection molding forms for thermoplastics as well as for vulcanization forms for duroplastics, rubber and silicon was one of our central spheres of work. In this area, we can refer to special and extensive experience.

Based on the high precision constructions of our engineers, the highly qualified mold making manufacturers use their entire expert knowledge to produce molds of top quality. They are supported by ultramodern machinery that, due to continual investments, is kept at the newest stand. The usage of a laser processing center allows the production of precise mold cavities even in microscopic parts.

Our molds allow the manufacturing of the smallest and largest of components, up to a component weight of 1.200 grams. Here, the molds themselves can have a weight of up to 3 tons.

We carry out sample products for nearly all molds manufactured by our company and we provide the samples with all important manufacturing technical data.

The pro­duc­tion of pre­ci­sion in­jec­tion-​ and die cast­ing molds, vul­can­i­sa­tion and micro molds are some of our cen­tral tasks.

We pro­duce in­jec­tion molds for plas­tic man­u­fac­tur­ing, vul­can­i­sa­tion molds for caoutchouc pro­cess­ing and in­jec­tion molds for liq­uid sil­i­con man­u­fac­tur­ing. Qual­i­fied mold-​mak­ers with many years of ex­pe­ri­ence use all their knowl­edge to pro­duce high qual­i­ty molds.

With our new laser pro­cess­ing cen­tre we have the abil­i­ty to work ac­cu­rate even in mi­cro­scop­ic parts. If it’s alu­mini­um or steel, EN­GESS­ER is able to bring your in­struc­tions in a mold very quick­ly.
